After years working outside battling the West Highlands weather, I decided it was time for a warmer, more comfortable venture. I've always felt my extraordinary sense of humour was wasted in a non-customer-facing role. So, I decided to do my bit for humanity and get a job where I am in touch with the general public every day, bringing warmth and good cheer to every trip around Lochaber.
